The fact is spyware is forced into the database without you even knowing it or without consent. They come in as pop-ups or downloads that can lead you to porn or hate websites withour essense. In fact when adware is installed and the user consents to tracking features, it then becomes spyware when it is used by another user who is involved with the adware outside any link on the web.
