Baking soda makes a great scub. The job of a scub is to exfoliate the skin, removing dead skin that could one day clog up pores and leaves pimples. All you need is add some water to the baking soda to form a paste then gently massage into your skin for at least 10 to 15 seconds. After that rinse your face off and pat down with a clean dry towel. Becareful not to rub your face because their still can be some baking soda on your face and you do not want to irritate your skin. Acne remedies like vinegar or apple cidar vinegar is another source for dealing with acne. Most people favor using apple cider vinegar for their acne problems but regular vinegar is fine too. Vinegar is good for killing off acne causing bacteria, it balances your skins pH and cleans away oil on your skin. First apply diluted vinegar water, 8 parts water one part vinegar, to your clean, dry skin with a cotton ball. Apply directlt to the probem areas and leave the solution on for about 10 minutes or so. If you want, you can make the mixture strong by adding less water. When time is up, just rinse off and your done. Lemon or lime juice can also be used in place of vinegar. The rich citrus acid in these juices can exfoliate your skin very well. This stops the growth of acne pimples and fades away previous dormant acne faster. Egg whites are rich in protein and can be used as a mask to heal and rebuild your skin. It's also good for sucking up excess oil from your skin. First start by cracking open an egg separating the egg whites from the yolk. Mix the eggs whites well then apply to your face and let stand for about 15 minutes. After that, rinse the egg whites off. Another common food is oatmeal. Oatmeal has the power to absorb oil from your skin and draw out impurities that lie deep in your skin. All you do is cook some plain oatmeal like you would if you were going to eat it. Let oatmeal cool off a bit then apply it to your skin like you would a mask. Let it sit for a while then rinse off. It's commonly used as a household antiseptic and you can pick it up at your local drugstore or supermarket. Tea Tree Oil can be applied directly to your acne areas to kill bacteria. To apply to your entire face you can strongly dilute it with jojoba oil. You can also use Tea tree gel. This can be used to apply over large areas of thebody. It's not as strong as Tea tree oil an it does not need to be diluted. Pantothenic Acid or vit.B5 can be taken in large doses to reduce acne. this helps the body metabolize fats that would normally be turn in to sedum or oil that is excreted through the skin. It should be taken many times a day because shall amounts would not work very well. You need to take 2.5 grams of pantothenic acid 4 times a day for a total of 10 grams. You can also take it in powder form. I'm sure you hear of Aloe Vera. It has been used for many years to treat burns in the kitchen. This can also prevent fade marks, scaring and heal acne pimples.
